What we can do for you

We can advise on the suitability and costs of using a particular type of Power or combination of Powers of Attorney;

The costs involved;

Possible alternatives to using a Power in some instances;

Draft General Powers of Attorney to meet your requirements;

Complete the application forms, including certification of LPAs where appropriate;

Serve statutory notices for LPAs;

Register EPAs and LPAs with the Court of Protection;

Deal with objections to your choice of Attorney.
